Collab Terms

1. What Collab is

Collab is a part of ssslither where members who create adult content can find each other for their own, independent productions. ssslither LLC introduces people. It is not a party to anything you and another member go on to make, agree, film, publish or sell, and it takes no part in arranging it beyond letting you send each other a message.

2. You are still a member

Collab is added to your ssslither account, not a replacement for it. Outside Collab you use ssslither like anyone else: to meet people, date and hook up. The community guidelines you agreed to when you joined apply everywhere on ssslither, Collab included. These terms add to them.

3. Nothing is bought or sold here

Collab exists to find people to make content with. It is not a marketplace, and you may not use it as one.

• No money, and nothing of value, for sexual activity. You may not offer, request, negotiate, imply or accept payment of any kind in exchange for sexual activity, whether the payment would happen on ssslither or anywhere else. This is the rule that keeps Collab lawful and open, and it has no exceptions.
• Do not use ssslither to negotiate rates, fees, bookings or any commercial arrangement between creators. If two creators choose to enter a paid, filmed production together, that is a business arrangement made between them, outside ssslither, under their own contracts and their own legal obligations. We are not part of it and we do not want to hear about the money.
• No advertising of escort, companionship, massage or similar services, and no links to them.
• Don’t sell in the messages. Your creator link may sit on your profile like any other social link. Do not use messages on ssslither to sell: no mass messages to members, no pay-to-see offers, no selling or sending paid content in chats, and no pushing anyone to subscribe as a condition of talking to you.

Breaking this section gets an account removed. Where the law requires it, we report.

4. You are the producer

Anything you make with someone you met here is yours, and so is every obligation that comes with it. Section 7 of the Terms already says this; Collab makes it concrete:

• You verify the age and identity of every person you film, and you keep the records the law requires you to keep, including under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where it applies. See our § 2257 statement.
• You follow the law where you are filming, the rules of every platform you publish on, and your tax obligations.
• ssslither LLC produces nothing, hosts nothing you make, and holds no records on your behalf. Do not send us performer records; we will delete them.

5. Everyone is an adult

Every member of ssslither confirms they are 18 or older when they join. That is not a substitute for your own checks: before you make anything with anyone, confirm their age yourself, the way the law requires. If you believe anyone on ssslither is under 18, report them from their profile and stop contact immediately.

6. Consent works the same way here

A message request is an invitation to talk. Accepting one is not a yes to anything else. Explicit photos go only to people who have asked for them, on Collab exactly as everywhere else on ssslither. “No” is final the first time.

Agreeing to film is not agreeing to be posted. Film, photograph and publish only what everyone in it clearly agreed to, and get that agreement in writing before anything goes up. Never post, share or forward content of another member, or anything they sent you, without their permission.

7. Your public profile

Collab does not change what your public photos may show. The rule for public profile photos is the same for everyone: Pool deck, not locker room: shirtless is fine, underwear and jockstraps aren’t. Your creator link is where your work lives; ssslither is where people find you.

8. Review

• If you join through our creator page, Collab opens for you straight away and a person at ssslither checks your creator link afterwards. If you add a creator link to an existing account, we check it before Collab opens. Either way the check is only that the link is real and appears to be yours. It is not identity verification and we do not describe it as such.
• The creator link you give must be your own. Linking someone else’s page gets the account removed.
• We may decline a request for Collab, or remove Collab access or an account, at our discretion and without stating a reason. Where a decision is safety-related we will not explain it, because explaining it would tell the wrong person what to change.

9. What we keep

We record when you accepted these terms and which version. We keep reports made about accounts and a record of what we did about them. That is how a rule becomes something we can show we enforce. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.

10. Changes

If these terms change in substance, the version number at the top changes and you will be asked to agree again before you use Collab. Wording fixes that do not change what is allowed will not.
