Common questions

What does ssslither+ include?+

Everything: unlimited message requests, see who viewed your profile, create private albums, chat history and media kept forever, advanced filters, travel mode, profile boost, extra photos and videos, and the ssslither+ badge. One tier, nothing held back.

When am I charged?+

The moment you subscribe, and then on each renewal date (monthly or yearly, whichever you picked). Your receipt is emailed to you every time. You can see your next renewal date anytime in Account settings, under Membership & billing.

How do I cancel?+

Account settings, then Membership & billing, then Manage billing, then cancel. Two taps, no phone calls, no guilt trips. You keep ssslither+ until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are simply not charged again.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?+

Yes. Manage billing lets you switch plans anytime, and Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

What happens to my founding or referral months?+

They are yours, full stop. Free time you earned as a founding member or through referrals is tracked separately and honored to its date, even if you subscribe and later cancel.

Does canceling delete anything?+

No. Your profile, matches, and chats all stay. You move to the free tier, so free-tier limits apply again (like 30-day chat media retention and 10 new message requests a day), but nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Is my card stored on ssslither?+

No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card number.

Something looks wrong with a charge. What do I do?+

Contact us and we will make it right. Use the contact form and pick "Feedback or a bug", or reach us at hello@ssslither.com. Billing mistakes get fixed, not argued about.
